Nut Allergy
We kindly ask you to inform us about the severity of this allergy so that we can properly communicate this to the chalet staff.
Unfortunately, Wens Chalets cannot provide guarantees at this level. If the risk is significant or potentially life-threatening, guests will need to take responsibility for their own food and its preparation. If the person concerned finds this too risky, Wens Chalets advises exploring alternative solutions to manage the risks.
EN - Cross-Contamination (Gluten)
Wens Chalets takes great care, especially when it comes to severe physical reactions to food. If a food allergy is particularly risky or life-threatening, you are responsible for your own food and its preparation. Wens Chalets cannot provide guarantees in this area.
We strongly recommend taking your own measures to manage these risks. While the chalet hosts will do their utmost to consider all allergies, Wens Chalets cannot assume responsibility for life-threatening situations or hospitalization.
